Secure Tape Storage Facility
Backing up your valuable data is only half the battle. Sleep soundly at night, knowing that you have protected your companies data by storing it offsite at or secure storage facility. Secure Network Solutions storage facilities provides the most secure protection for your data, while ensuring you have quick and fast access to it in the event of an emergency.
Secure Network Solutions will store your backup tapes at our secure storage facility. Our storage facility is protected with biometric physical security measures, fire detection/suppression and environmental monitoring to maintain proper tape storage temperatures. Inside the storage facility your tapes are labeled and categorized within a secured locked enclosure.
To protect the integrity of the backup tapes during transport to and from the facility a custom shipping container will be provided. During the first twelve months of service, Secure Network Solutions will receive one backup set each month and will house them in the secure storage facility. After the twelfth month, Secure Network Solutions will send back the oldest backup set for re-use and will maintain a total of twelve monthly backup sets.
