We use Ken Ostrowski, owner of Secure Network Solutions. I cannot recommend him any higher! He has an upbeat, positive personality and is able to show us what we need do, without making us feel stupid. He has been an amazing resource for us as our practice is still quite new-under 1 yr old. He has assisted us by purchasing, installing and maintaining every piece of hardware we own. He has also accommodated us by “learning” our EMR (eClinicalWorks) and serving as an advisor to the less “tech savvy” in our office, which is basically all of us. He is consistently available at a moments notice-when we are all freaking out because everything crashes at once. He is also a great resource on a variety of outside products, which he has no vested interest in (ie discount ink cartridges). Finally, he has been an integral piece in the IT planning of our permanent location with is under deep construction at the moment. He has spent numerous hours coming up with complex solutions to make things work just the way we want.

We moved to a satellite office and the computers were all working perfectly the first day the staff arrived! EMR? I am not worried. Our server upgrade went smoother than I expected. You and your staff worked off hours so that our clinic was up and running with no down time. After the upgrade you and your staff were on site to help each individual employee, making sure each of us had all of our programs and printers working. Then you stayed for hours making sure if any problems came up you were here to assist. I am more than impressed with you and your staff.
